I love my Moomba Mondo!

Huge Moomba Boats @Moombaboats fan Brian McGarvey loves his Moomba Mondo so much he wanted to share this cool video that was filmed behind his 2014 Mondo, along with some great photo's. We thought it was cool too and wanted to share it with everyone! We asked Brian to share a little background about the boat he loves so much! Here's what he had to say.

"I picked up the boat on July 7th. I already have 80 engine hours on the boat! I usually go out 4+ times a week. The first week I got the boat I went out 9 of 10 days! I learned to surf last year with friends and love it and can’t get enough. The Moomba wake with the Flow is awesome. I also wakeboard which I love and am still learning".

Skier's Choice Adds a Difference Maker to the Moomba Sales Team

Skier's Choice, manufacturer of Moomba Boats @Moombaboats hires highly experienced, Jon Allen, to work with Moomba sales and support for dealers in the Southern Region.
 
Skiers Choice is making decisive moves to build their team and further drive the Moomba Boats momentum. Jon Allen a young veteran of the marine industry, with over 13 years in the field and 15 years in Watersports. Allen became a boat dealer and started a pro shop, along with his parents in the fall of 2003.  At the young age of 19 Allen wore several hats as General Manager, Sales, Pro shop, Service Technician and Marketing and any other job you can think of over the 10 years he and his family owned Diamond Lakes WaterSports currently located in Hot Springs, AR. In 2013 Allen went to work at Skiers Choice in customer service and became a Suprafreak in the fall of 2014. Living in Hendersonville TN, Allen will support Skier's Choice Southern Dealer Network with his extensive product knowledge and ability to work with dealers as partners. Allen is joining a passionate team at Skier's Choice who strive for continuous improvement. Allen is another difference-maker Skier's Choice is welcoming to the sales team.
 
Introduced to the world of water sports, by co-owning a dealership with his parents in Arkansas he also started wakeboarding in 2001 and wake skating and wake surfing as well around 2006. Allen attended college at Henderson State University in AR and received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Physics. Allen managed and was a member of a team of wakeboarders and wake skaters through his dealership, he also competed in local competitions and some national competitions. Allen’s wife Leslie also enjoys wakeboarding and wake surfing and is an excellent driver as well.

"Jon has been an integral part of our team for the last several years, working in Customer Service and most recently in our Supra Product Specialist "SupraFreak" role.  With his strong relationship with our dealers and his own background in owning a dealership, Jon will add tremendous value to our company in his new role” Explained Rick Tinker, President of Skier's Choice.

When we asked Allen about his new position, he said, "I am really excited about being the Southern Regional Sales Manager. I have worked in many other areas of the industry and within Skiers Choice. I believe this gives me a unique set of skills and knowledge that many dealers could benefit from. I am looking forward to growing the Supra and Moomba brand in my region but most importantly developing a lasting relationship with my dealers."

Allen’s approach to sales is less like selling and more like honestly educating the customer with real-world information as it applies to individual water sports boaters. He executes his dealer support as a partnership with dedicated attention and action.
